HOW TO USE
Use 1-2 times a week to maintain soft and smooth, radiant skin.
Start in the shower or bath on clean, wet skin without soap. Soak the mitt and squeeze out excess water, then massage using firm, vigorous strokes up and down your body. Focus on any dry, tough zones like the elbows, knees, and feet using circular motions. Rinse away any dead skin cell buildup, pat dry, and follow with Zoki Hyaluronic Body Lotion with Peptides.
To prep for a smoother spray tan or self-tan, use this mitt to exfoliate 1-2 days prior to application. Correcting tanning mistakes is simple too: just dampen the mitt and skin, then buff in circular motions.
Care instructions: Rinse the mitt thoroughly after each use and air dry completely before storing away. Once a week (especially when using to remove tanning products), handwash with a gentle soap.
CAUTION: This product is not intended for use on areas of the skin that are irritated, infected, sunburned, damaged, or broken. If you experience persistent irritation or redness after using this product, please consult a doctor. This product is not recommended for use on the face, infants, or young children.

Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
Orders can take up to 2-4 business days to be processed, shipping times may vary due to many external factors which are out of our control. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Orders ship within 5 to 10 business days.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada addresses not including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories, Quebec.
We ship to PO Boxes by ground only, any lost or damaged items sent to a PO box will not be refunded or replaced.
We do retain the right to reject shipping to any Address.

Shipping Costs
Canada:
Standard shipping on all orders less than $75(CAD) before taxes and shipping is $9.95(CAD) and free for all orders of $75 or more before taxes and shipping. Please note that order processing may take up to 2-4 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping. Orders ship within 5 to 10 business days.
United States:
Standard shipping on all orders less than $75(CAD) before taxes and shipping is a flat rate of $9.95(CAD) and free for all orders of $75(CAD)or more before taxes and shipping. Please note that order processing may take up to 2-4 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
Minimum order of $58 (CAD) to receive our flat shipping rate.

Taxes
US and Canada:
Applicable sales tax will be charged on the merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to the shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
Return Policy
Refunds on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, in their original packaging. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. If a returned item is open or used, any refund shall be at Zoki’s discretion according to Zoki’s terms for the refund (which may include setting up a Zoki account for a store credit refund).
Late Returns
Any item returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible for a refund.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged or used when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price less the return label fee if applicable(return shipping at regular cost). Any duties paid for orders shipped, will NOT be refunded. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 14 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
